ADVentura Barborraja's Invasion Corona

Origin: Dominican Republic (Tabacalera William Ventura) Wrapper: Mexican San Andres Maduro Binder: Dominican Republic Filler: Dominican Republic One of my favourite boutique's of 2022... The ADVentura Barbarroja’s Invasion continues the epic journey of the fictional explorer ADVentura and his companion McKay. But! This story takes a darker and hostile turn. Marcel Knobel and Henderson Ventura the brand’s founders took two years to develop the blend for the Barbarroja’s Invasion. The blend consists of a mouthwatering dark Mexican San Andres wrapper placed over a binder and filler made of premium tobaccos from the Dominican Republic. This medium-bodied cigar offers a mesmerizing smoking experience. These were rolled at the old factory before the devastating fire in September 2022.

Caldwell Crafted & Curated Athénée Robusto Extra (new & rare)

Origin: Dominican Republic (William Ventura's El Maestro) Wrapper: Ecuadorian Habano Binder: Dominican Republic Habano Filler: Dominican Republic & Nicaraguan Released in 2022, this is the first Crafted & Curated cigar from Caldwell - it is a twist on the core-line Eastern Standard with a new wrapper and hand-rolled in small batched at William Ventura's El Maestro factory). Only 260 boxes of 25-cigars were produced (6,500 cigars in total). Sorry (not sorry), but I smoked all the leftovers already :-(

Rocky Patel The 1865 Project Toro (new)

Origin: Nicaraguan (Tabacalera Villa Cuba, Esteli) Wrapper: Mexican San Andres Maduro Binder: Honduran & Nicaraguan (double-binder) Filler: Nicaraguan Despite the Emancipation Proclamation being issued by President Lincoln in 1863, it wasn't until June 19, 1865 that General Gordon Granger delivered the General Order No. 3 to the people of Texas, effectively finalizing the end of slavery in the US. This occasion was first celebrated by local churches only one year later, and has since become recognized as the federal holiday Juneteenth. Rocky Patel, owner and founder of Rocky Patel Premium Cigars, is personally involved with The Juneteenth Foundation, and he has crafted the Rocky Patel The 1865 Project to aid in the charity's efforts. Rolled at the company's boutique Tabacalera Villa Cuba factory in Estelí, the cigars make use of a dark Mexican San Andrés wrapper, a double binder from Honduras and Nicaragua, and all-Nicaraguan fillers. The cigars showcase a medium-full intensity, offering rich and long-lasting flavours of fiery earth, black pepper, toasted oak, and chocolate sweetness through the finish.

Romeo y Julieta Envy Amulet LE Toro (new)

Origin: Nicaragua (Plasencia) Wrapper: Nicaraguan Binder: Nicaraguan Filler: Nicaraguan This Nicaraguan-puro made by Plasencia for Altadis U.S.A. It is a limited-edition release of the Envy line, only 9,090 boxes were made. The cigars were blended and rolled quite some time ago and left to age; left to let the all Nicaraguan tobaccos to perfectly blend and interact. It is a classic, rich medium-bodied cigar. Unfortunately due to the Cease & Desist order from Cuba I sold the entire shipment (less HEMINGWAY's allocation) in just 15 minutes.
