Today we have the

Three Kingdoms

The Stolen Throne Three Kingdoms is a rather highly sort after cigar! Many retailers worldwide are struggling to get enough stock and it's flying out the doors as soon as it arrives.

Not all that surprisingly tho, Grant has secured a bunch and has roughly 50 Rubustos and 40 Toros in stock at the time of writing this...

You would think with all the hype around these sticks that people would be talking about them... but yet, there is very little information about them available, heres what I know...

This cigar is blended by Noel Rojas of Rojas Cigar Factory and owner Lee Marsh has said “It’s an Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper over Nica binder and mostly Nica fillers. We are keeping some info undisclosed.

The name comes from being the third regular production and the fact that we sourced tobacco from three different countries.

This is also a special cigar because it’s utilising the first tobaccos that we processed from raw ourselves.”

let's get into the review.

First thoughts

This is a good looking cigar, the closed foot limits the cold draw substantially so I'll get right into it.

Construction

Great construction, good looking wrapper, a little toothy and nice even colour. Its a very little bit spongy, not overly so but enough that I noticed.

Burn & Draw Both burn and draw are exceptional, clean even burnline right through, plenty of draw and a great looking ash. Only let down was, damn it burned fast!

Flavour & Complexity Holy sh*t.. there are some flavours going on here! Espresso, cocoa, cream, cedar... as well as pepper, and cinnamon. even a hint of vanilla & nuts as we progress into the 3rd! All that and a good whack of spice too... So yes, safe to say its a rather complex cigar!

Strength Mid-full approx. 80%

Enjoyment / Journey What a cigar. I think the added hype yet mysteriously odd lack of online info about this cigar helped in this area but that aside, this is a great flavoured cigar the burns perfectly and progresses nicely through the thirds.

Overall I say get these while you can! I don't see them being available for long. What a cracker of a cigar to review for January... 2022 has a hard task ahead of it to beat this.
